Additions
Added a new Whirly Fan item
Added a proper dance emote
Wes has been added back to the game.
Balloons are globally capped at 100.
Pile o’ Balloons now decays after 3 game days
Pile o’ Balloons can be crafted.
Wes can no longer create balloons if he does not have the required sanity.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue while joining a server via Steam friend list
Fix for mod characters inspecting moles without the required speech text.
