In de jaren tachtig is Dom een tiener die zichzelf aangetrokken voelt tot de wereld van
voetbalhooligans, vooral onder invloed van leider Bex. Dom wordt ingewijd in het wereldje
vanwege zijn vlotte babbel en humor en is al snel een van de jongens. De harde kern
van Bex komt steeds vaker in botsing met die van andere clubs door het hele land,
en wanneer het geweld uit de hand dreigt te lopen, vraagt Dom zich af of hij er
eigenlijk wel goed aan heeft gedaan.
