A patient who compulsively eats his own hair and is obsessed with "The Wizard of Oz", is in danger of dying from an intestinal obstruction, but refuses surgery. The psychiatrist tries the unorthodox approach of getting Camille to play Dorothy to gain his trust to save his life. Alan's beside himself when his daughter suffers heart failure and other complications from her birth defect and lashes out at Geiger.
