Georgia Nicholson is bezig met het trauma van teenager-zijn te overwinnen. Niet begrepen door haar ouders, maar opgevangen door de vriendschap met haar vriendinnen, ''The Ace Gang'' worstelt Georgia zich door het leven. Wanneer de twee knappe broers Tom en Robbie op school komen denkt Georgia dat de droom van haar vriendje is uitgekomen. Helaas gaat Robbie al met haar aartsrivale Lindsay. Georgia bedenkt een serie van plannen, om te laten zien dat zij de rijpe, ontwikkelde vriendin is die hij verdient. Dit terwijl haar situatie thuis, met haar ouders er niet één is die echt meewerkt.

On the first day of the school year Georgia and her friends, Jas (Eleanor Tomlinson), Ellen (Manjeeven Grewal) and Rosie (Georgia Henshaw) spot two new brothers that have just moved to Eastbourne from London. Fraternal twins Robbie (Aaron Johnson) and Tom (Sean Bourke). The girls follow the boys, who are exploring Eastbourne with their friend Dave "the Laugh"
