Originally issued free by Beggars Banquet when pre-ordering both (bulked together) the Omnibus editions of In The Flat Field & Mask; then, after some weeks from the release of the boxes, issued free when ordering both of them; then again, from the 11th of January 2010, on sale exclusively from the Beggars Archive webstore. Cardsleeve housed in outer cardboard slipcase.
