Beirut to Bosnia: Muslims and the West 1993

In this three-part series, Robert Fisk, correspondent for The Independent UK, reports on Muslim unrest as ideology, religion, history, and geography come into conflict. This documentary seeks to explain the rise of anti-Western sentiment throughout the Muslim world by highlighting the oppressiveness of Western supported governments and the West’s broader anti-Muslim racism.

The British correspondent in Lebanon, "Robert Fisk", tries to find the roots of misunderstanding between the Muslims and the Western World, and why some Muslims do not trust the West. He travels from Lebanon to Palestine,then to Egypt, and finally concludes his journey in the terrorized Balkan. He also makes a short trip to Poland, showing an eloquent description of the Holocaust.
