The Clint Eastwood Compilation (1955-2019)
Clinton Eastwood Jr. (born May 31, 1930) is an American actor, filmmaker, musician, and politician. After achieving success in the Western TV series Rawhide, he rose to international fame with his role as the Man with No Name in Italian filmmaker Sergio Leone's Dollars Trilogy of spaghetti westerns during the 1960s and as antihero cop Harry Callahan in the five Dirty Harry films throughout the 1970s and 1980s. These roles, among others, have made Eastwood an enduring cultural icon of masculinity.
For his work in the Western film Unforgiven (1992) and the sports drama Million Dollar Baby (2004), Eastwood won Academy Awards for Best Director and Best Picture, as well as receiving nominations for Best Actor. Eastwood's greatest commercial successes have been the adventure comedy Every Which Way But Loose (1978) and its sequel, the action comedy Any Which Way You Can (1980), after adjustment for inflation. Other popular films include the Westerns Hang 'Em High (1968), The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976), and Pale Rider (1985), the war films Where Eagles Dare (1968), Kelly's Heroes (1970), and Heartbreak Ridge (1986), the action films Firefox (1982) and In the Line of Fire (1993), and the thrillers Play Misty for Me (1971) and Tightrope (1984). Eastwood also starred in the crime comedy film Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974), the prison film Escape from Alcatraz (1979), as well as the drama films The Bridges of Madison County (1995), Gran Torino (2008) and The Mule (2018).

American youth and flying ace flies for France in World War I, meets and loves a French girl and a prostitute. Clint Eastwood has a small credited part in this movie.
Ambush at Cimarron Pass (1958)
The survivors of an Army patrol ambushed by Indians hook up with a group of cowboys who have also been attacked, and together they try to get to safety at the fort. Unfortunately for them, they're carrying a shipment of several dozen rifles that the Indians want, and are determined to get.
Away All Boats (1956)
The story of U.S.S. "Belinda", Attack Transport PA22, launched late 1943 with regular-Navy Captain Jebediah S. Hawks (Jeff Chandler) and ex-merchant Lieutenant Dave MacDougall (George Nader) as boat commander. Despite personal friction, the two have plenty with which to deal as the only experienced officers on board during the "shakedown". Almost laughable incompetence gradually improves, but the crew remains far from perfect when the ship sees action, landing troops on enemy beachheads. And few anticipate the challenges in store at Okinawa.
Star in the Dust (1956)
A Sheriff planning on legally hanging a killer, has to contend with farmers who want to lynch him, and cattlemen who want to help him escape. Clint Eastwood has an uncredited appearance as a ranch hand.
Never Say Goodbye (1956)
Clint Eastwood has a minor role in this story about a prominent surgeon unexpectedly encountering his German-born wife Lisa, who he thought was dead. This story is told in flashback to Austria during World War II as we learn how Dr. Parker met and married his wife, and the one mistake which blah blah blah.
Tarantula (1955)
A spider escapes from an isolated Arizona desert laboratory experimenting in giantism and grows to tremendous size as it wreaks havoc on the local inhabitants. Clint Eastwood has an uncredited part as a th eleader of a jet squadron.
Francis in the Navy (1955)
This is the sixth and final film of the series produced by Universal that included Donald O'Connor as the chowderheaded sidekick of Francis the talking mule, which has been "drafted" into the Navy and is positioned as surplus to be auctioned at the Coronado (Calif.) base. Contributing most to the movie's potential appeal are early appearances of subsequently well-known actors, including Paul Burke, David Janssen, Martin Milner and, in his first credited role, Clint Eastwood.
Lady Godiva of Coventry (1955)
Another early uncredited appearance Clint Eastwood as Alfred the Fletcher in this tale set in eleventh century England. King Edward the Confessor wants Saxon Lord Leofric to marry a despised Norman woman, and has him jailed when he refuses. In jail, he meets Godiva, the Sheriff's daughter, and soon they are wed. The times are turbulent and Godiva proves to be a militant bride. Unrest between the Anglo-Saxon populace and the increasingly influential Norman French lead to her famous ride.
Revenge of the Creature (1955)
After many unsuccessful auditions, Clint Eastwood was eventually given a minor uncredited role by director Jack Arnold in Revenge of the Creature (1955), a sequel to the recently released Creature from the Black Lagoon.
