about change, circumstance, and consequence. Guide four
characters through formative moments in their lives in a
dystopian Vancouver inhabited by anthropomorphic animals

The dev changed game name from "Tails: The Backbone" to "Tails
Noir Preludes", so we release it as a new standalone. Game is
