Nonetheless the picture quality of this rip is better than that of the 20.72 Gb “BluRay” Rip floating around (from the spanish Import BluRay which quality is… disputable, the source of the spanish bluray being just a 1080 Interleave NTSC encode from VHS or HDTV : Video: MPEG-4 AVC Video / 23125 kbps / 1080i / 29.970 fps /) here are a few screen of this Bluray rip for comparison:









As a result I choose to reencode and Upscale from the DVD source. The 4K restoration of this movie is rumored to have been done, but never (or not yet) released, so I suppose we will have to make do with this for the time being.
